No plan survives first contact with enemy II.

¡Gracias! Salimos contentos del agua, eh?

Yesterday I was planning to give it a go to those forward loop attempts. I drove early to Caranza with wave and freeride boards on the roofrack. But my plans didn't work. I lost the fin screw of the wave board when the fin touched a rock during my launch. I was lucky the fin stayed in place. When I noticed it I switched to my freeride board, probably too big to give the speed loop a go. It was blowing 20 to 30 knots I think.
